Sales Executive – Automotive

About the role

The Sales Executive will drive new and trade‑in vehicle sales for Volvo at Al Futtaim Automotive in Dubai. You will be responsible for meeting unit targets, maximizing gross margins, and promoting finance, insurance and accessory products while delivering a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve monthly unit sales targets through a structured offer journey.
• Maximise retained gross margins on new and TPO units to boost branch profitability.
• Meet Finance & Insurance (F&I) product sales goals and increase accessory revenue.
• Generate and convert leads from telephone, web and walk‑in sources with a minimum 25% conversion rate.
• Collaborate with showroom managers and sales teams to improve NPS/CSV scores.
• Maintain accurate customer data and participate in regular sales meetings and training sessions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• At least 2 years of sales experience, preferably in the automotive sector.
• Strong command of English; Arabic is a plus.
• Proven ability to negotiate, upsell and develop actionable sales plans.
• Self‑motivated, adaptable to feedback and capable of working independently.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
