Sales Executive – Automotive (Multiple Vacancies)

About the role

Al-Futtaim Automotive is seeking enthusiastic Sales Executives to join its expanding automotive sales team across Dubai and the wider UAE. You will be responsible for driving vehicle sales, maximizing revenue from finance and insurance products, and delivering a seamless, high‑quality customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed individual vehicle sales targets while maintaining healthy profit margins.
• Build strong, lasting relationships with customers and understand their needs to provide tailored solutions.
• Prospect new customers, manage an active sales pipeline, and utilise company sales systems and tools.
• Promote finance & insurance options, trade‑ins, extended warranties and accessories to increase overall transaction value.
• Ensure compliance with all sales, documentation, cash handling and credit procedures.
• Stay informed on product knowledge, market trends, competitor activity and emerging technologies.
• Collaborate with branch managers, sales consultants, F&I teams and support functions to deliver a seamless buying experience.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of sales experience, preferably in automotive or retail.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a customer‑focused environment.
• Strong upselling and cross‑selling abilities with a focus on creating value for customers.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Self‑motivated, results‑driven and passionate about sales excellence.
