Sales Executive – Digital Marketing Solutions

About the role

We are seeking a results‑driven Sales Executive to join our Dubai office and promote our full‑service digital marketing solutions. You will work closely with the marketing and account management teams to identify, qualify and convert new B2B clients across e‑commerce and service sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Generate and qualify leads, conduct discovery calls and present tailored digital marketing proposals.
• Manage a sales pipeline, prepare proposals, negotiate contracts and close deals to meet revenue targets.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client expectations are clearly communicated and delivered.
• Maintain ongoing client relationships and provide regular performance updates.
• Stay informed about digital marketing trends, competitor offerings and market dynamics.

Required profile

• Strong experience in lead generation, prospecting and pipeline management for B2B or digital marketing services.
• Proven consultative, solution‑based selling skills with a track record of preparing and delivering persuasive presentations.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and relationship‑building abilities with diverse stakeholders.
• Analytical mindset comfortable working with performance metrics and ROI data.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Fluency in English; additional languages relevant to the Dubai market are a plus.
• Willingness to work on‑site in Dubai and adapt to a multicultural, collaborative environment.
