Sales Executive – Electric Mobility

About the role

Join Al‑Futtaim Automotive’s Electric Mobility team and represent BYD, a global leader in electric vehicles and battery technology. As a Sales Executive you will create memorable showroom experiences, guide customers through the purchasing journey and help shape a zero‑emission future in the UAE.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome and engage showroom visitors in a professional manner.
• Conduct needs assessments, product demonstrations and test drives.
• Maintain a healthy sales pipeline using CRM tools and record all leads, opportunities and test‑drive activities in C4C.
• Promote finance, insurance and value‑added products that match customer requirements.
• Achieve monthly individual sales targets and contribute to overall showroom performance.
• Ensure accurate sales documentation, deposits and vehicle order processing while adhering to company governance and internal controls.
• Maintain showroom standards, demo‑vehicle readiness and professional conduct at all times.
• Complete mandatory sales, compliance and system training.
• Collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders to deliver a seamless customer journey.

• Ability to influence decisions through value‑based selling and close deals effectively.
• High attention to detail, process compliance and problem‑solving mindset.

Required skills

• CRM experience
• Familiarity with C4C (SAP Cloud for Customer)
