Sales Executive – Freight Forwarding

About the role
The Sales Executive will drive new business opportunities and nurture client relationships for Domkoly Shipping’s freight forwarding services across air, sea and land, based in Dubai.
Key responsibilities
- Prospect and generate leads across air, sea and land freight services.
- Prepare, present and negotiate quotations and rates with clients.
- Coordinate shipment execution with operations and customer service teams.
- Monitor market trends and prepare regular sales reports.
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
Required profile
- Proven sales and business development experience, preferably in freight forwarding or logistics.
- Strong knowledge of air, sea and land transportation, customs procedures and warehousing.
- Excellent customer relationship and communication skills in English.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain or related field, or equivalent experience.
- Ability to work on‑site in Dubai and collaborate with cross‑functional teams.
Required skills
- Experience with CRM systems.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
