About the role

Edenred UAE is a fast‑growing payroll and fintech provider looking for a results‑driven Sales Executive to join its Dubai team. The role is hybrid, combining office work with field activities, and focuses on expanding the client base for its payroll and mobile‑app services.

Key responsibilities

Analyse industry, territory and market potential to define target zones.
Build and maintain a solid pipeline of prospective corporate clients.
Proactively reach out through networking, cold‑calling and face‑to‑face meetings.
Negotiate pricing and contract terms with prospects.
Deliver presentations to diverse client audiences.
Keep the CRM updated with accurate, timely data.
Achieve set objectives, targets and KPIs.

Required profile

Bachelor’s degree or higher in business or a related field.
3–5 years of sales experience, preferably in financial services or banking.
Proven record of exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
Fluency in English and a valid driving licence.
Ability to work effectively in a multicultural team environment.
