Sales Executive – ICT Solutions

About the role

We are seeking motivated Sales Executives to join an established ICT Systems Integrator in the UAE. This position is ideal for freshers or junior professionals who are confident, presentable and target‑oriented, looking to build a long‑term career in B2B technology sales.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and approach potential B2B customers and generate leads through calls, networking and visits.
• Promote the company’s IT infrastructure, technology and related solutions.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
• Coordinate with internal technical and presales teams to address customer requirements.
• Follow up on leads, quotations and opportunities through to closure and achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Required profile

• Freshers or candidates with 1–2 years of sales experience.
• Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confident, presentable and professional personality.
• Self‑motivated, energetic and target‑oriented.
• Willingness to travel across the UAE; UAE driving licence preferred/mandatory.

Required skills

• Experience in B2B, IT, ICT or technology solution sales (advantageous).
