Sales Executive Internship – Events & Exhibitions

About the role

Rayqube is seeking a Sales Executive Intern to support new‑business growth in the events, exhibitions and experiential space. You will work closely with the Sales Director, helping to identify opportunities, build client relationships and convert leads into long‑term partnerships.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and follow up on generated business leads, prepare proposals and coordinate follow‑ups with the sales team.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
• Understand client briefs and collaborate with internal teams to propose tailored experiential solutions.
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales pitches, proposals and presentations.
• Support the sales team in achieving overall sales targets through effective lead follow‑up and opportunity development.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities and client interactions in the CRM system.
• Monitor industry trends, competitor activity and market opportunities.
• Represent Rayqube at industry events, exhibitions and networking opportunities.
• Report regularly to the Sales Director on pipeline status and sales performance.

Required profile

• Fluent Arabic speaker preferred with good English communication skills.
• 0–2 years of experience; fresh graduates are welcome.
• Go‑getter attitude, self‑motivated and able to thrive in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship‑building abilities.
• Confident communicator and persuasive presenter.
• Well‑organized with strong attention to detail.
• Genuine interest in events, exhibitions and experiential marketing.
• Valid UAE residency and willingness to work a 3‑month full‑time onsite internship.
