About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Sales Executive to drive revenue growth within the real‑estate sector in Dubai. You will develop and execute strategic sales plans, build a pipeline of prospective clients, and deliver tailored presentations that align with client objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets.
• Identify, prospect, and nurture relationships with potential clients through networking, cold calling, and referrals.
• Conduct comprehensive market research to spot emerging trends and new business opportunities.
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations customized to client needs.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless handover of qualified leads.

Required profile

• Proven experience in B2C or B2B sales, preferably within real‑estate or related industries.
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
