Sales Executive

About the role

The Sales Executive will drive business growth by identifying new opportunities, building strong relationships with prospects, and supporting existing clients. This role requires a proactive approach to market research, product positioning, and continuous improvement of sales processes.

Key responsibilities

• Identify business opportunities through prospect research, industry analysis, and evaluation of sales options.
• Sell products by establishing contact, developing relationships, and recommending tailored solutions.
• Maintain client relationships by providing ongoing support, information, and guidance, while seeking new opportunities for profit and service improvements.
• Monitor industry trends, market activities, and competitor actions to suggest product enhancements or new offerings.
• Prepare reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing relevant data.
• Uphold quality service standards and enforce organizational guidelines.
• Stay current with professional knowledge through workshops, publications, networking, and participation in professional societies.
• Collaborate with internal teams to achieve collective results.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience in a sales or related commercial role.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education.
• Knowledge of sales and marketing principles; additional specialised courses are a plus.
