Sales Executive

About the role

The Sales Executive will support the Product Marketing Manager in delivering sales analysis, forecasting and market insights to drive growth for Harvard Logistics across the UAE market.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Product Marketing Manager in monitoring competitive activity, market trends, pricing and channel dynamics.
• Provide sales analysis to identify growth opportunities, forecast assortments and support fiscal retail sales targets.
• Identify risk areas in sales plans and propose corrective actions to the Brand Manager.
• Develop recommendations on new and existing products based on market opportunities and risks.
• Manage monthly order submissions and coordinate with distributors and the Demand Planning team.
• Track weekly event results and ROI in collaboration with the trade marketing team.
• Update store closure information and prepare documentation for new store openings.
• Visit the UAE market regularly to gather on‑ground insights.
• Maintain and update Joint Business Plans with key retailers and monitor performance against targets.
• Support monthly and quarterly reporting, retailer presentations and business updates.
• Verify monthly BI packages and participate in finance estimate meetings.
• Compile monthly net sales estimates and assist in annual sales forecast preparation.
• Track retail and unit sales targets, stock plans and ensure efficient order flow and inventory management.
