Sales Executive

About the role

The Sales Executive will drive revenue growth for Midis Group by nurturing existing client relationships and creating new business opportunities in the Dubai market. You will act as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring their needs are met while achieving defined sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and strengthen relationships with current customers through regular visits and updates.
• Identify and approach potential clients, building new partnerships that expand the sales pipeline.
• Visit customers to assess product/service needs, update orders, and follow up on pending issues.
• Negotiate prices and payment terms within approved limits and document closed deals.
• Communicate product updates, new introductions, and modifications to customers.
• Keep customer accounts and databases current and accurate.
• Set credit limits and payment facilities in coordination with the Direct Manager.
• Handle customer complaints, make decisions, and report actions taken.
• Conduct market visits, prepare competitor analysis, and propose recommendations to improve market positioning.
• Collaborate with marketing, accounting, and supply‑chain teams to launch new products/services and ensure smooth workflow.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing or a related field.
• 0–3 years of professional experience; fresh graduates are welcome.
• Prior experience in the software industry or Apple ecosystem is a plus.
• Confident, professional personality with strong communication skills.
