Sales Executive

About the role

The Sales Executive will drive business growth for ALUCOPANEL by generating new opportunities and nurturing existing client relationships. You will work closely with architects and constructors to understand project needs and propose tailored solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities and generate qualified leads.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing excellent after‑sales support.
• Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and local market dynamics.
• Collaborate with architects and constructors to capture project requirements.
• Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and negotiate contracts.
• Maintain accurate sales records and produce regular performance reports.
• Represent the company at industry events and networking functions.

Required profile

• 2‑3 years of outdoor sales experience, preferably in hardware, sanitary, or electrical sectors.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship‑building abilities.
• Ability to work independently, manage a sales territory and meet deadlines.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Good knowledge of the local market and industry trends is an advantage.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Experience using CRM tools.
