About the role
We are seeking a dynamic Sales Executive to drive our business in the Dubai and UAE market. The role focuses on leveraging strong communication, negotiation and digital marketing knowledge to attract and retain clients, particularly in real estate and hospitality sectors.
Key responsibilities
- Achieve sales targets in the Dubai and UAE market.
- Utilize strong communication and negotiation skills to close deals.
- Apply knowledge of sales and digital marketing to promote offerings.
- Maintain follow‑up with customers to ensure satisfaction.
Required profile
- Young, confident and presentable.
- Fluent in English and Russian.
- Target‑driven, proactive and customer‑focused.
- Experience in real estate, holiday homes, short‑term rentals or hospitality is a plus.
- Knowledge of the Dubai/UAE market is an advantage.
- UAE driving licence is a plus.
Required skills
- Fluent English and Russian language proficiency.
- Strong sales and negotiation abilities.
- Good marketing and social media knowledge.
