Sales Executive

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Sales Executive to drive international sales growth, manage existing customer relationships, and uncover new business opportunities across overseas markets. The role focuses on generating export sales, building strong partnerships, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies for international markets.
• Identify and approach new customers, distributors, and business partners.
• Manage and grow relationships with existing international clients.
• Generate leads through market research, outbound sales, networking, and industry contacts.
• Prepare quotations, negotiate prices and commercial terms, and close sales.
• Handle customer enquiries and follow up on leads and opportunities.
• Monitor market trends, competitors, pricing, and customer requirements.
• Coordinate with logistics, warehouse, finance, and operations teams to ensure efficient order delivery.
• Manage export orders from initial enquiry through shipment and delivery.
• Prepare sales reports and maintain accurate CRM/customer records.
• Attend exhibitions, trade shows, and industry events when required.
• Achieve agreed sales and revenue targets.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, International Trade, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in FMCG sales, international sales, or B2B sales.
• Proven experience dealing with international customers and distributors.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship‑building abilities.
• Good understanding of export processes, shipping, and international trade documentation.
• Commercial and business development mindset.
• Fluent English with the ability to work independently and manage multiple markets.
• UAE market experience is an advantage.
