Sales Executive

About the role

This is a full‑time, on‑site Sales Executive role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Sales Executive will identify and qualify new business opportunities, build and maintain relationships with rental partners, and support customer acquisition efforts across the UAE.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct sales calls and meetings with prospective rental partners.
• Present RYNT’s platform and services, negotiate terms, and close deals.
• Manage the sales pipeline from prospecting through to closing.
• Collaborate with operations and customer support to ensure smooth onboarding and high partner satisfaction.
• Track performance metrics, prepare regular sales reports, and stay informed about market trends in mobility and car rentals.

Required profile

• Strong sales and negotiation skills with experience in lead generation, prospecting and closing.
• Ability to build and maintain long‑term client relationships and focus on partner success.
• Comfortable using digital platforms, CRM tools and basic data analysis to manage pipelines.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English; Arabic proficiency is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
