Sales Executive

About the role

The Sales Executive will support the Sales & Marketing team at The Ritz‑Carlton Dubai by handling office duties, preparing sales documents and promoting the brand to both internal and external audiences. The role serves as a primary point of contact for clients, ensuring accurate information and high‑level service throughout the sales process.

Key responsibilities

• Perform general office duties such as filing, emailing, typing, faxing and copying.
• Prepare sales‑related documents including proposals, contracts and banquet event orders.
• Assemble promotional materials and information packages for clients.
• Use sales techniques to maximize revenue while maintaining guest loyalty.
• Enter, retrieve and verify commission, lead and third‑party information in sales software.
• Respond to guest inquiries about property facilities, rates, packages and events.
• Serve as the main contact for clients via phone and email, handling questions and requests.
• Uphold company policies, maintain professional appearance and protect confidential information.
• Support team goals, communicate clearly and adhere to quality standards.

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• Minimum of one year of related sales or administrative experience.
• No supervisory experience required.
• Ability to lift and move objects up to 10 pounds without assistance.
