Sales Executive

About the role

Silver Star Printing Materials Trading LLC is seeking an experienced Sales Executive to drive revenue growth across the United Arab Emirates in the printing and packaging sector. The role involves business development, account management, customer visits, quotation preparation, order closing, and coordination with internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and qualify new prospects within the printing and packaging industry.
• Maintain and expand relationships with existing customers through regular visits and follow‑up.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets by promoting consumables, inks, substrates and packaging materials.
• Negotiate pricing and terms, close orders while protecting margins.
• Prepare quotations, sales reports and keep the pipeline updated in the CRM system.
• Coordinate with warehouse, logistics and customer service to ensure timely order fulfilment.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years proven B2B sales experience, preferably in distribution of paper, printing or packaging consumables.
• Strong sales competencies: prospecting, account development, negotiation, closing and pipeline management.
• Basic knowledge of printing materials, inks, substrates and packaging products or ability to learn quickly.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; organized and able to work independently.
• Valid UAE driving licence preferred for regular on‑site customer visits across the Emirates.
