Sales Executive

About the role

The Tint Experts is seeking an experienced Sales Executive to join its Dubai team immediately. This in‑house retail position focuses on handling incoming customer inquiries and converting them into confirmed bookings and sales for automotive window film solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Communicate with customers via WhatsApp, phone and face‑to‑face to understand their requirements.
• Explain and recommend appropriate window film options.
• Follow up on leads, manage multiple prospects simultaneously and close sales.
• Maintain strong follow‑up discipline and achieve sales KPIs.

Required profile

• Arabic speaker and fluent English.
• Minimum 3 years proven sales experience with a strong track record of meeting targets.
• Excellent negotiation and closing abilities.
• Confident handling of customers through WhatsApp, phone and in person.
• Target‑driven and comfortable working with sales KPIs.
• Automotive industry experience preferred.
• B2B sales experience is an advantage.
• UAE sales experience strongly preferred.
