Sales Executive

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Sales Executive to join our jewellery business in Abu Dhabi. You will be responsible for driving sales, building strong customer relationships, and contributing to the growth of our brand.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and approach potential customers through calls, visits, referrals and other sales activities.
• Present and explain our jewellery products and services to customers.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and objectives.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
• Prepare quotations, sales orders and required documentation.
• Follow up on quotations, orders, payments and deliveries.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer information.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.
• Provide regular sales reports to management.

Required profile

• Previous sales experience is an advantage.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Customer‑focused and target‑oriented attitude.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good knowledge of English; additional languages are a plus.
• Basic computer and MS Office skills.
