Sales Executive – Luxury Carpets & Interior Projects

About the role

Kayra Bespoke is a Dubai‑based luxury carpet company that creates bespoke handmade carpets for high‑end residential, hospitality, commercial and interior‑design projects across the UAE and GCC. The company is seeking a motivated, confident and results‑driven Sales Executive to join its Dubai team and expand its client network and project portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Generate new business opportunities within interior design, architecture, hospitality, fit‑out and luxury residential sectors.
• Build and maintain relationships with interior designers, architects, consultants, developers, contractors and hospitality clients.
• Identify upcoming projects, pursue leads through networking, cold calling, LinkedIn, referrals, exhibitions and site visits.
• Present Kayra Bespoke’s products, samples and customization capabilities to potential and existing clients.
• Coordinate with design and production teams to prepare quotations, artwork, samples and project proposals.
• Negotiate pricing and commercial terms while protecting company profitability.
• Maintain an updated sales pipeline and provide regular reports on leads, opportunities and project status.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of UAE sales or business‑development experience, preferably in interiors, carpets, flooring, furniture, fit‑out or luxury products.
• Existing relationships with interior designers, architects, consultants, contractors or developers is a strong advantage.
• Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills with confidence when dealing with high‑end clients.
• Self‑motivated, organised, target‑driven and able to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously.
• Fluent in spoken and written English; Arabic is a plus.
• Valid UAE driving licence preferred.
