About the role

Emper Perfumes is seeking a dynamic Sales Executive to join its flagship store at City Walk, Dubai. The role focuses on delivering an exceptional luxury retail experience, driving product sales and building lasting customer relationships.

Key responsibilities

Engage customers, understand their fragrance preferences and recommend suitable products.
Achieve individual and store sales targets through proactive selling and upselling.
Provide high‑level customer service, handling inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure the store environment reflects the brand’s luxury positioning.
Process transactions accurately and manage inventory records.

Required profile

Minimum 1 year of sales or retail experience, preferably in luxury or perfume sectors.
Fluent Arabic communication skills are highly desirable.
Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
Customer‑focused attitude with a passion for the fragrance industry.
