Sales Executive – Marine Engine

About the role

We are looking for a driven and customer‑focused Sales Executive – Marine Engines to join our growing Marine division. The role involves driving sales growth across marine engines, outboard motors, propulsion systems and related marine products within an assigned territory.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed sales and marketing targets for the assigned territory.
• Develop and execute business plans that support the division’s annual growth objectives.
• Identify new business opportunities and build a strong pipeline of prospective customers.
• Prepare and present technical and commercial proposals that meet customer requirements.
• Build and maintain long‑term relationships with key accounts, boat builders and marine industry stakeholders.
• Conduct regular customer visits to understand operational needs and uncover additional opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to translate customer requirements into effective technical solutions.
• Share market intelligence and product expertise to increase team knowledge.
• Stay up‑to‑date with market trends, competitor activities and emerging marine technologies.
• Travel across the Gulf Cooperation Council region to support regional marine operations and business development.

Required profile

• Degree in Marine Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or a related technical discipline.
• Minimum of 5 years experience in sales of marine engines, outboard motors or marine propulsion systems.
• At least 2 years sales experience within the Gulf Cooperation Council region.
• Experience working with commercial customers, boat builders or marine operators.
• Valid Gulf Cooperation Council driving licence.

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of marine engines, outboard motors and propulsion systems.
• Excellent technical understanding of boats and marine products.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint.
