Sales Executive – MEIA Graduate Program

About the role

We are looking for talents to join our full‑time permanent MEIA Graduate Program. As a Sales Executive for the Decorative Retail Business, you will grow Jotun’s market by building strong customer relationships, identifying new opportunities and supporting sales growth across your assigned market.

Key responsibilities

• Promote and sell Jotun Decorative products within the assigned territory, driving sales growth, achieving targets, and identifying new business opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers and distributors by delivering excellent service and responding effectively to customer needs.
• Follow up on customer payments and collections to support healthy cash flow and achieve assigned collection targets.
• Maintain accurate customer, market, and sales information in the CRM system while continuously assessing market potential and identifying prospective customers.
• Collaborate closely with supply chain, customer service, and other internal teams to ensure smooth order processing, timely deliveries, and a positive customer experience.
• Demonstrate Jotun’s values and act as a positive ambassador, contributing to a collaborative, customer‑focused work environment.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in any relevant field.
• Up to 3 years of experience in sales or a related field.
• UAE driving licence preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications.
• Fluency in English; Arabic is an advantage.
