Sales Executive – Personal Loans & Credit Cards

About the role

The bank is seeking a results‑driven Sales Executive to promote personal loans and credit cards across the UAE market. You will be responsible for acquiring new customers, meeting sales targets, and delivering high‑quality service throughout the sales cycle.

Key responsibilities

• Promote and sell Personal Loans and Credit Cards to eligible customers.
• Generate leads through self‑sourcing, referrals, field sales, existing databases, and customer networks.
• Identify customer needs, explain product features, eligibility, pricing, fees and documentation requirements.
• Collect and verify customer documents, ensure applications comply with bank policies, credit criteria and regulatory requirements.
• Follow up on application status, approvals, disbursement and card issuance.
• Maintain strong customer relationships, provide after‑sales support and cross‑sell other retail banking products.
• Maintain accurate sales pipelines, trackers and daily activity reports.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of banking or financial services sales experience, preferably selling personal loans, credit cards or retail banking products.
• Strong customer acquisition and sales‑closing skills, with a target‑driven mindset.
• Good knowledge of the UAE retail banking market and basic KYC, credit documentation and banking compliance.
• Ability to work under monthly sales targets and manage field/direct sales activities.
