Sales Executive – PET Preforms & Closures

About the role

ENPI Group, a leading manufacturer of packaging and plastic materials in the UAE, is looking for a driven Sales Executive specialising in PET preforms and plastic closures. The role focuses on expanding the customer base, driving revenue and strengthening ENPI’s market position across Sharjah and the wider UAE.

Key responsibilities

• Leverage and expand an established customer portfolio and professional network within the UAE preforms and closures market to generate immediate and sustained revenue growth.
• Identify, target and acquire new customers in FMCG, beverage and food packaging segments.
• Manage the full sales pipeline from prospecting and qualification through negotiation, closing and post‑sale relationship management.
• Develop and execute territory sales plans aligned with ENPI’s commercial targets, ensuring volume and margin objectives are met.
• Conduct regular customer visits, product presentations and technical discussions to position ENPI’s solutions competitively.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity and customer needs to provide actionable intelligence and inform sales strategy.
• Collaborate with production, logistics and customer service teams to ensure seamless order fulfilment and high customer satisfaction.

Required profile

• Proven B2B sales track record in the plastics or packaging sector, preferably with an active UAE customer portfolio.
• Strong network with procurement or supply‑chain decision‑makers in the UAE.
• Ambition to deliver measurable commercial impact and achieve sales targets.

Required skills

• In‑depth knowledge of packaging applications and the competitive landscape for PET preforms and plastic closures.
• Familiarity with technical specifications and quality standards relevant to PET and plastic packaging.
• Experience managing key accounts in FMCG or beverage industries.
