Sales Executive – Real Estate (Abu Dhabi)

About the role

We are looking for a Sales Executive with proven experience in real‑estate and marketing to generate sales for our property development projects. The role involves developing marketing strategies, implementing sales plans, maintaining client relationships and producing performance reports.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct market research on rival products.
• Design and implement marketing plans for company products.
• Coordinate with media representatives and sponsors.
• Work with the sales team to develop targeted sales strategies.
• Answer client queries about product specifications and uses.
• Maintain client relations.
• Track sales data to ensure the company meets sales quotas.
• Create and present sales performance reports.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or a related field.
• Proven work experience as a Sales and Marketing Executive.
• Minimum 3 years experience in Real Estate sales, at least 1 year within the UAE.
• Knowledge of modern marketing techniques and commercial trends.
• Strong communication, networking and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage projects.
• Proficiency in using CRM systems.
• UAE driving license and own car.
• Multilingual ability, fluent in English and Arabic.
