About the role
Altara Group is seeking a motivated Sales Executive to drive new business for its recruitment, HR, digital marketing and legal services in Dubai. The role offers uncapped commission and a supportive environment to achieve high earnings.
Key responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities
- Build relationships with decision‑makers
- Sell recruitment, HR, digital marketing & legal services
- Manage sales pipeline and close deals
Required profile
- Experience in sales, telesales or business development
- Fluent English communication skills
- Confident, driven and goal‑oriented
- Passionate about earning and achieving targets
