Sales Executive – Restaurant & F&B Solutions

About the role

Foodics is seeking a full‑time Sales Executive to join its Abu Dhabi team. You will be responsible for driving new business with restaurants and food‑and‑beverage operators, guiding prospects through the complete sales cycle and ensuring a smooth transition to onboarding.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and qualify prospective restaurant and F&B clients.
• Deliver product demonstrations and present tailored Foodics solutions.
• Prepare and deliver proposals, negotiate terms and close deals.
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM and track pipeline performance.
• Meet or exceed defined sales targets and regional quotas.
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to relay field feedback.
• Represent Foodics at local industry events and build professional relationships.

Required profile

• Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to build rapport.
• Proven customer‑service orientation and problem‑solving ability.
• Demonstrated B2B sales experience, including lead generation, pipeline management and deal closing.
• Exposure to sales‑management activities such as forecasting and reporting.
• Background in F&B, hospitality or SaaS/tech solutions is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Fluency in English; Arabic proficiency is an advantage.
