Sales Executive – Steel & Aluminium Bending Services

About the role

The company provides custom steel and aluminium bending services for construction and industrial projects across the UAE and GCC. As a Sales Executive you will generate new business, manage client relationships and drive revenue for the specialised bending services.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities with construction firms, steel fabricators, aluminium and façade contractors.
• Visit potential customers, workshops and project sites to promote the bending and laser‑cutting services.
• Gather technical requirements, coordinate with production teams and prepare accurate quotations.
• Follow up on enquiries, tenders and negotiate commercial terms to close sales.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years B2B sales experience in steel, aluminium, metal fabrication or construction sectors.
• Proven track record of generating project‑based enquiries, preparing quotations and achieving sales targets.
• Established contacts within the UAE construction, steel fabrication or aluminium industry.
• Valid UAE driving licence and willingness to travel across the GCC.

Required skills

• Strong B2B sales and negotiation skills.
• Ability to read and interpret basic technical drawings and specifications.
• Knowledge of structural steel and aluminium sections (beams, pipes, angles, channels, hollow sections).
• Experience with tender handling and consultant approvals is an advantage.
