Sales Executive – Telesales

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Sales Executive (Telesales) to join VictoryLine Introduction Financial Services in Dubai. The role focuses on generating new business through outbound calls, building customer relationships and promoting our financial products.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers and create sales opportunities.
• Promote and sell company products and services.
• Understand client needs and recommend suitable solutions.
• Handle inquiries, concerns and objections professionally.
• Follow up on leads and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
• Achieve individual sales targets and performance objectives.
• Update and maintain customer information in the CRM system.
• Build and maintain positive relationships to encourage repeat business.

Required profile

• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation, persuasion and sales abilities.
• Comfortable handling a high volume of phone calls.
• Self‑motivated, target‑oriented and able to work independently.
• Fluency in English; Arabic, Hindi or Malayalam is a plus.
• Previous experience in sales, telesales, customer service or telemarketing is advantageous.

Required skills

• Microsoft Office proficiency.
• Experience with CRM software.
