Sales Executive, The Americas

About the role

Mandarin Oriental Jumeira, Dubai is seeking a Sales Executive to join its sales team and drive business across the Americas. You will work closely with the Director of Sales to achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly and yearly revenue targets while representing the brand’s luxury standards.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Director of Sales and sales team to generate new business and meet sales targets.
• Build and maintain long‑term, value‑based relationships with corporate and leisure clients.
• Achieve personal booking goals and contribute to overall property sales objectives.
• Implement and execute sales strategies and account plans.
• Communicate corporate policies, SOPs and the MOHG Code of Conduct to colleagues.
• Support HR strategic policies, learning and development initiatives.
• Safeguard confidential guest, customer and colleague information.
