Sales Executive - Travel

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Sales Executive to join our Advanced Travel and Tourism team in Abu Dhabi. The role focuses on expanding our corporate travel portfolio across the UAE, acquiring new accounts and nurturing existing client relationships. You will work onsite, collaborating with the accounts team to drive revenue and support collection processes.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and acquire new corporate travel accounts in the UAE market.
• Identify potential companies and key decision‑makers, arrange and conduct meetings.
• Conduct regular client visits and proactively follow up on business opportunities.
• Promote airline tickets, hotels and other travel services to corporate clients.
• Maintain and grow long‑term relationships with existing clients.
• Consistently achieve monthly sales and gross profit targets.
• Support the accounts team with collection and payment follow‑up.
• Keep accurate records of sales activities, client visits and opportunities.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years experience in UAE travel or corporate sales, preferably in Abu Dhabi.
• Proven corporate sales track record with measurable results.
• Strong understanding of the UAE travel market and corporate sales cycle.
• Valid UAE driving licence.
• Arabic speaking preferred.
• IATA diploma or a bachelor’s degree in Travel & Tourism or related field.
• Target‑oriented, self‑motivated and able to work independently.

Required skills

• Experience with GDS/Amadeus systems.
