Sales Executive - Travel & Tourism

About the role

Desert Rose Travel & Tourism, a leading travel and tourism company in the UAE with an established branch in Saudi Arabia, is hiring a Sales Executive for its Business Bay office. The role suits someone with a strong understanding of the UAE and GCC travel market.

Key responsibilities

• Handle travel inquiries and convert leads into confirmed bookings.
• Sell holiday packages, hotel reservations, flight tickets and customised travel experiences.
• Understand customers' needs and recommend suitable travel solutions.
• Follow up on leads and quotations to maximise sales conversion.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain excellent customer relationships.

Required profile

• Proven experience in travel and tourism sales within the UAE or GCC market.
• Currently based in the UAE (mandatory).
• Experience in B2C travel sales.
• Target-oriented with a proven ability to close deals.

Required skills

• Strong understanding of the Gulf travel market and Arabic-speaking customers.
• Fluent Arabic and good English.
• Excellent sales, negotiation and customer service skills.
