Sales Executive (UAE National) – Automotive Retail

About the role
The Sales Executive will build strong customer relationships by providing detailed product guidance during vehicle sales, meeting sales volume and customer satisfaction targets while upholding company protocols.
Key responsibilities
- Achieve or exceed allocated sales targets and maintain company‑prescribed sales standards.
- Meet Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) objectives and ensure high levels of service during sales interactions.
- Log and manage prospects in line with company systems to grow the customer base.
- Follow cash and credit handling procedures to minimise financial risk.
- Continuously update product knowledge and stay aware of automotive industry developments.
Required profile
- Degree education preferred.
- At least one year of experience in a similar retail sales position.
- Good knowledge of MS Office products.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
