Sales Expert

About the role

BMC LLC, a Dubai‑headquartered management consulting firm, is seeking a Sales Expert to partner with consulting teams, identify new business opportunities and convert prospects into long‑term clients across the UAE.

Key responsibilities

• Lead business development efforts in Abu Dhabi and UAE markets, sourcing and qualifying new consulting opportunities with corporate and government clients.
• Build and maintain relationships with senior stakeholders and decision‑makers to create a pipeline and secure engagements.
• Prepare persuasive proposals, commercial terms and presentations aligned to client needs and BMC service offerings.
• Collaborate with consulting teams on solution design, pricing, resource planning and handover to delivery teams.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, target sectors and tailored value propositions.

Required profile

• Proven track record in B2B sales or business development, preferably selling professional services or consulting engagements.
• Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills with experience engaging senior client executives.
• Excellent commercial acumen: proposal development, contract terms, pricing strategy and forecast management.
• Good analytical skills to translate client challenges into actionable service offerings.
• Self‑motivated, target‑driven with strong organisational and CRM management abilities.
