Sales Head – Power & Utilities (P&U) – UAE

About the role

Bureau Veritas is seeking a dynamic Sales Head for its Power & Utilities (P&U) segment in the United Arab Emirates. You will lead the commercial strategy, drive new business, and strengthen relationships with key utilities, EPC contractors, developers and energy operators.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the commercial strategy for the P&U/EPC market, identifying tenders and growth opportunities.
• Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline with accurate forecasting and reporting.
• Lead key account management for strategic clients, securing long‑term contracts and repeat business.
• Coordinate with Tendering, Technical, Operations, Finance and Legal teams to prepare competitive proposals and manage negotiations.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity, providing insights to senior management.
• Collaborate with Operations to ensure resource availability and smooth project delivery.
• Achieve sales targets, drive profitability and support collection efforts.
• Guide and develop sales executives, ensuring compliance with BV processes, ethics and HSE standards.

Required profile

• Proven senior sales leadership experience in the Power & Utilities or EPC sector.
• Strong track record of winning large, complex tenders and managing strategic accounts.
• Excellent negotiation and client relationship skills.
• Ability to work cross‑functionally with technical and operational teams.
• Results‑oriented mindset with a focus on profitability and margin management.
