Sales Intern

About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic Sales Intern to join our dynamic sales team at Sofitel Al Hamra Beach Resort in Ras Al‑Khaimah. This role offers a hands‑on introduction to sales processes within a fast‑paced, customer‑focused hospitality environment.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and reach out to potential clients via phone, email, and social media.
• Support the sales team in preparing presentations, proposals and sales materials.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
• Conduct market research on trends, competitors and business opportunities.
• Participate in sales calls and meetings to observe techniques and learn best practices.
• Follow up with leads and existing clients to nurture relationships and gather feedback.
• Organise sales‑related documentation and databases.
• Assist in coordinating events, trade shows or promotional activities as needed.
