Key responsibilities

• Identify and reach out to potential clients via phone calls, emails, and social media platforms.
• Support the sales team in preparing presentations, proposals, and sales materials for client meetings.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
• Conduct research on market trends, competitors, and potential business opportunities.
• Participate in sales calls and meetings to observe and learn effective sales techniques.
• Follow up with leads and existing clients to nurture relationships and gather feedback.
• Organize and manage sales‑related documentation and databases.
• Contribute ideas during team brainstorming sessions to improve sales processes.
• Assist in coordinating events, trade shows, or promotional activities as needed.
• Provide administrative support to the sales department, including scheduling and data entry.

Required profile
