Sales & Logistics Coordinator

About the role

The Sales & Logistics Coordinator will act as a bridge between the sales and operations teams at our Umm Al Quwain plant, ensuring smooth order processing, production planning, and delivery execution. This position is open exclusively to UAE nationals and supports both local and international shipments.

Key responsibilities

• Receive sales/work orders from the sales department and forward them to the production team for planning and scheduling.
• Prepare and update planned production and dispatch reports.
• Follow up with the sales team, clients, forwarders, and customs clearance agents to ensure timely deliveries.
• Prepare shipping documents, certificates, and related paperwork.
• Report production and delivery service levels on a periodic basis.
• Compile measurement reports for ISO 9001 quality scoring.
• Assist other departments (sales, purchase/logistics, operations/production, top management) with ad‑hoc tasks.
• Prepare official applications and documentation for civil defence and other government authorities.
• Generate operation reports as requested, such as service trackers and monthly measurement sheets.

Required profile

• University degree (bachelor’s) with 1‑3 years of relevant experience.
• UAE national.
• Fluent in Arabic and English.
• Valid driving license.
