Sales Manager – Abu Dhabi

About the role

We are seeking a results‑driven Sales Manager to lead our commercial activities in Abu Dhabi. The role focuses on driving revenue for our ready‑mix concrete, precast, block and construction chemicals portfolio across the UAE market. You will collaborate closely with the operations and product teams to ensure customer requirements are met and solutions are tailored.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new B2B customers in the construction sector.
• Maintain and grow relationships with existing contractors, consultants and developers.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed targets.
• Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts and close deals.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform business decisions.

Required profile

• Proven experience in sales of ready‑mix concrete, precast, blocks or construction chemicals.
• Strong network of contacts with contractors, consultants and developers in the UAE.
• Demonstrated success in B2B sales and key‑account management.
• Self‑motivated, proactive hunter mentality for new business development.

Required skills

• In‑depth knowledge of the concrete and building‑materials industry.
