Sales Manager – AI & Enterprise Technology

About the role

We are supporting a fast‑growing AI technology company in Dubai with the appointment of a Sales Manager to drive enterprise growth across the UAE and the wider GCC. The business builds production‑ready AI solutions for voice AI and intelligent automation, serving major organisations in government, aviation, transport, telecom and other enterprise sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full enterprise sales cycle from prospecting and account mapping through demos, proposals, negotiation and contract signature.
• Build a pipeline across large enterprise and government accounts in the UAE and GCC.
• Develop relationships with C‑level stakeholders.
• Position AI and technology solutions around measurable business outcomes, ROI and operational impact.
• Work closely with technical and product teams on complex customer requirements.
• Develop relationships with system integrators, consultants and strategic partners.
• Represent the business at key industry events and executive meetings across the region.
• Deliver against revenue targets while building the market from the ground up.

Required profile

• Proven experience in B2B enterprise technology sales across the UAE and/or GCC.
• Background on the vendor side with personal quota responsibility.
• Experience selling AI, automation, SaaS, enterprise software, cybersecurity, data platforms, ERP/CRM, digital transformation or adjacent technologies.
• Strong track record selling into large enterprises and/or government organisations.
• Confidence presenting and negotiating directly with C‑level stakeholders.
• New‑logo hunting capability and experience managing complex, multi‑stakeholder sales cycles.
• Existing relationships across enterprise and government customers in the region.
• Arabic speaking and currently based in the UAE.
