Sales Manager - Arabic Speaker

About the role

A hotel belonging to the Accor network, which includes more than 45 brands, 5,500 hotels, 10,000 restaurants and lifestyle destinations, is looking for a dynamic, results-driven and commercially minded Sales Manager. The role drives business growth, develops strategic partnerships, maximises revenue opportunities and strengthens the hotel's market position across key segments.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to meet hotel revenue targets and business objectives
• Identify new business opportunities, market trends and customer segments, and conduct market research and competitor analysis
• Drive corporate, group and MICE business, and build relationships with corporate accounts, stakeholders, travel agents and business partners
• Negotiate contracts, manage corporate agreements and explore new sales channels and partnerships
• Participate in industry events, trade shows and conferences to generate leads
• Monitor KPIs, account production and revenue targets, prepare sales forecasts and performance reports, and update senior management regularly
• Analyse sales data to refine strategy and optimise results
• Collaborate with Marketing, Revenue Management, Reservations and Operations, and provide market intelligence and customer feedback
• Motivate the sales team, ensure excellent client service and cost-effective, compliant sales operations

Required profile

• Previous experience as a Sales Manager in the hospitality industry, preferably in an upscale or international hotel brand
• Strong knowledge of the UAE hospitality market and a proven track record in corporate, group and MICE sales
• Ability to develop new business, manage key accounts, negotiate contracts and achieve revenue targets
• Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation and relationship-building skills
• Proactive, results-oriented approach with strong organisational and leadership skills
