Sales Manager – Automotive Showroom

About the role
The Sales Manager will lead the showroom team to achieve and exceed unit sales and customer satisfaction targets, ensuring smooth operations and compliance with company standards.
Key responsibilities
- Achieve budgeted unit sales, gross margins and CSI objectives for the branch.
- Manage showroom operations, cash handling, receivables and credit control to maintain financial health.
- Motivate, guide and develop staff, monitor engagement scores and training needs.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, company procedures and maintain premises and asset upkeep.
Required profile
- Graduate in any discipline, preferably with an MBA.
- Minimum 9 years of automotive sales experience, including at least 3 years in a managerial role.
- Proven leadership, sales and marketing acumen in the automotive sector.
Required skills
- Leadership and team management.
- Strong customer care and relationship management.
- Analytical ability for competitor analysis and strategic planning.
