Sales Manager – B2B Exhibitions

About the role

Messe Frankfurt Middle East is looking for a results‑driven Sales Manager to lead commercial activities for its portfolio of B2B exhibitions across the United Arab Emirates. The role is client‑facing and focuses on generating new business, nurturing long‑term partnerships, and delivering consistent revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Drive stand sales, sponsorship and ancillary revenue streams for assigned events.
• Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with business objectives and market positioning.
• Identify new revenue opportunities through market analysis and product development.
• Monitor pipeline health, forecasting and KPIs to meet commercial targets.
• Build and maintain relationships with exhibitors, sponsors and industry partners to maximise retention and upselling.
• Prospect, engage and convert new business via networking, virtual meetings and face‑to‑face sales.
• Maintain accurate sales data and client records in CRM systems.
• Support optimisation of exhibition floorplans to enhance revenue and customer experience.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in exhibition or event environments.
• Strong client‑facing and negotiation skills with a proven track record of winning new business.
• Ability to analyse market trends and translate them into actionable sales plans.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building capabilities.
