Sales Manager – Business Setup & Corporate Services

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Sales Manager to drive our Business Setup and Corporate Services portfolio in Dubai. The role focuses on acquiring new clients, guiding them through company formation, licensing, and related compliance processes, and closing deals with a consultative approach.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and engage prospective clients interested in Mainland and Free Zone company registration.
• Prepare and present commercial proposals, negotiate terms, and ensure successful deal closure.
• Guide clients through residency visa processing, corporate bank account opening, AML/KYC, VAT and corporate tax compliance.
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM system and track sales pipeline.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Business Setup, Corporate Services, or PRO services.
• Fluency in Russian (speaking, reading, writing).
• Strong knowledge of company registration procedures in UAE Mainland and Free Zones; offshore experience is a plus.
• Excellent consultative selling and negotiation abilities.
