Sales Manager – Cards

About the role

The Sales Manager – Cards will lead the acquisition and cross‑sell strategy for covered card products within ADIB Group’s Consumer Banking division. Reporting on performance, the role drives market share growth, product positioning and customer service excellence across the UAE market.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor team performance, set targets and ensure KPI achievement.
• Develop and execute sales campaigns, incentive schemes and training programs for new and existing sales representatives.
• Manage and expand relationships with corporate clients to increase card portfolio and market share.
• Provide performance reporting, market analysis and competitor insights to senior management.
• Ensure compliance with ethical standards and resolve conflicts within the sales team or with customers.
• Identify new industry segments and companies to broaden the targeted market base.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field.
• 8+ years of sales management experience in the financial services industry in the UAE.
• Strong leadership, coaching and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Proven track record of achieving sales, service and administrative goals.
