Sales Manager - Corporate and Long Stay

About the role

Reporting to the Director of Sales and Marketing, the Sales Manager – Corporate and Long Stay will lead sales activities for the corporate and long‑stay segment in Dubai. The role focuses on driving revenue across rooms, meetings, and F&B while building strong relationships with key accounts and partners.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a personal business plan aligned with the hotel’s sales targets, covering new active accounts, room nights, banquet covers and overall revenue.
• Maintain accurate records of sales agreements, contracts and quotes in accordance with Mövenpick policies.
• Conduct an average of 25 sales calls per week, organise site inspections, and attend trade shows and corporate events to generate leads.
• Negotiate and close corporate and group contracts, ensuring up‑selling opportunities are maximised.
• Collaborate with the International Sales Office and internal departments to coordinate accounts and optimise contribution margins.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Marketing or related field.
• 5‑7 years progressive hotel sales experience in Dubai, with at least 2‑3 years in a managerial role.
• Proven track record of achieving revenue and sales targets in corporate, MICE and government segments.
• Fluent English; additional languages such as Arabic, Russian, German or French are a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency with hotel PMS and sales/catering systems (Opera Cloud, Anis, Cvent, Passk or similar).
• Advanced use of Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
