About the role
We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager / Sales Executive to lead business development for the Grand Hyatt Abu Dhabi Hotel & Residences across corporate and diplomatic markets. The role focuses on generating revenue, building long‑term partnerships, and positioning the property as the preferred venue for embassies, consulates and multinational organisations.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and secure new business opportunities within embassies, consulates, multinational corporations and other diplomatic entities.
- Develop and maintain strategic relationships with corporate and public‑sector clients to drive repeat business.
- Collaborate with internal departments (rooms, food & beverage, events) to create tailored hospitality solutions.
- Negotiate contracts, rates and packages that meet client needs while achieving revenue targets.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies.
- Prepare and present sales proposals, reports and forecasts to senior management.
Required profile
- Proven experience in hotel sales, corporate sales and embassy account management.
- Existing network within corporate, diplomatic or public‑sector organisations is preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation and relationship‑building abilities.
- Results‑driven mindset with the capacity to work independently and strategically.
- Professional presentation and solid understanding of luxury hospitality standards.
Required skills
- Excellent verbal and written English communication.
- Proficiency in standard office software (e.g., Microsoft Office).
