Sales Manager - Corporate

About the role

The Sales Manager – Corporate will drive corporate revenue for Beach Rotana Abu Dhabi by building and expanding relationships with local and international corporate clients. Reporting to the Head of Sales, you will identify new business opportunities, manage key accounts and ensure commercial activities align with the hotel’s strategic objectives and brand standards.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and grow a portfolio of corporate accounts to meet and exceed revenue targets.
• Negotiate and manage corporate rate agreements and contracts in line with brand and revenue guidelines.
• Maintain comprehensive client files and support the account management system.
• Collaborate with Revenue Management to optimise pricing, inventory and account performance.
• Represent the hotel at trade shows, networking events and corporate functions.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity and client feedback to inform strategic decisions.

Required profile

• Degree in Sales, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 24 months of experience in corporate sales or account management, preferably within the hospitality sector.
• Proven track record of achieving revenue targets.
